Try it, You'll Like it. Look Books/Slides Engage.

You are on a cruise, admiring the crisp dry air and the beautiful water. Sitting in a nicely padded deck chair, you have just opened a book to read when you hear an announcement over the ship’s public address system to head for the lifeboats. The good news is, when you boarded the ship a week ago, there was a presentation that covered all the emergency procedures. The bad news is, you can’t remember almost anything from that presentation. Then, you notice your ankles are wet.

Examples of presentation slides

75% of listeners forget almost everything a salesperson said in their presentation after only 24 hours.

There is just too much data coming in, and our brains decide what might be needed later. By the end of the week, there might be almost nobody who listened to the presentation who can recall but a few key phrases. If the information was poorly presented, that number could be zero.

That’s bad news considering how much people cost in the sales process.

To improve those odds, your messages need to be backed up with slideshows that engage, and in some cases put into look-book format - the type of booklet where it appears you are turning pages on the internet. Most are easily made searchable. By leaving participants with leave-behinds in the form of slide presentations and look-books available on your website, you can increase retention and give participants everything they need to explain the process to others. Often in selling, the original presentation is merely the first in a series before an idea turns into a buying decision.

Slide presentations with animation can also be turned into videos and posted on websites and places like Youtube. This makes the original presentation more engaging, and allows your message to be reviewed later.

Turning your messages into reusable, leave-behindable, educational tools is something we can help you do here.
